NuuM provides an AI-powered platform that enables content creators to:

  • Engage in podcast-style conversations with AI to develop content ideas
  • Generate scripts and content through AI-assisted refinement processes
  • Create multi-platform content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
  • Connect and manage social media platform accounts
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
  • Access analytics and performance insights
  • Utilize AI research agents for content development

3. User Account and Registration

To access certain features of NuuM, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Platform Connections and Third-Party Services

NuuM integrates with third-party social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). By connecting these accounts:

  • You grant NuuM permission to access and post content to your connected accounts
  • You remain responsible for all content posted through our platform
  • You must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines
  • NuuM is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
  • You can revoke platform connections at any time through your account settings

5. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

Content generated through NuuM's AI services:

  • You retain ownership of content you create using our platform
  • AI-generated content is provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing and editing before publication
  • You must ensure all published content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines
  • NuuM does not claim ownership of your content but retains rights to improve our services
  • You grant NuuM a license to process your content for service delivery and improvement

6. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

NuuM offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier (conversations, content generations, posts per month)
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy available in your account settings

7. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Your use of NuuM is subject to plan-specific limits including:

  • Monthly AI conversation limits
  • Content generation quotas
  • Research query restrictions
  • Social media posting limits
  • Connected platform restrictions

Excessive use that impacts service performance for other users may result in account suspension or additional charges.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use NuuM to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Create spam or misleading content
  • Violate any third-party rights or platform policies
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
  • Share or resell your account access
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Generate content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights

9. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, with significant changes communicated via email or platform notification.

11. Limitation of Liability

NuuM provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to content generation errors, posting failures, or third-party platform issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may immediately suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You are responsible for backing up your content before termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for claims that can be brought in small claims court.
